If You Ordered the Wrong Model: Since our pen relies on EMR technology, it does not work on iPads, Microsoft Surface, or the reMarkable Paper Pro. If you accidentally purchased it for an incompatible device, please contact our support team immediately for a hassle-free exchange.
Return Shipping: If the product has a quality defect, we cover 100% of the return shipping. For returns based on personal preference or accidental wrong-model purchase, the buyer is responsible for the return label cost.
