Return & Refund Policy

Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days after order delivery.
All returns must be pre‑approved by our customer support. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Items must be returned in original condition with intact packaging. Used, damaged or personalized goods are not eligible for return.

Buyers cover return shipping costs. Import duties and taxes are non‑refundable.

Refunds will be processed after our warehouse inspects returned items, and will go to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

For defective or wrong items, contact support within 7 days after delivery with product photos.
